Below you will find all you need to know to ensure you and your fellow guests have an unforgettable, grace-filled night. If you have additional questions, please email firstname.lastname@example.org. We look forward to celebrating the incredible talent and resilience of our young people with you on June 3!
The event program will take place in a theater. Each guest will be pre-assigned a seat and must have a physical ticket in order to enter the theater and any special receptions applicable to your purchase.
Upon arrival to the event, all guests will be directed to our registration table where printed tickets will be distributed. Tickets will not be distributed prior to the event registration period (starting at 5:30p.m. on event night).
All guests much check in under their assigned Group Name. Group Names will be provided to the ticket or sponsorship purchaser one week before the event. If you are the ticket or sponsorship purchaser, it is your responsibility to share the Group Name with your guests in advance of the event. Doing so will ensure a quick and seamless check-in process for you, your guests, and all of our guests waiting in line.
As a ticket or sponsorship purchaser you may elect to share your guest's name AND email at the time of purchase or by using the Guest Submission form no later than May 22. To guests for whom you provide a name and valid email address, Covenant House will send event logistics, including the Group Name one week before the event. Please note, Covenant House will not use your guest's contact information for any other purpose without the consent of the guest.
If you have any questions or have not received your Group Name by May 30, email email@example.com
To ensure a quick and seamless check-in process on event night (read, getting to the delicious food and drink faster!), it is strongly recommended that all guest names and emails be provided prior to May 22, 2019. For instructions on how to submit guest names or make changes see below.
If you have any questions about your guest list, email firstname.lastname@example.org.
Business formal to cocktail-ready attire is highly suggested for the evening. Foolproof outfits include a tailored suit and tie, seasonal blazer, mid-length dress (little black dress or something more colorful!), or a festive pantsuit with a statement piece (shoes, clutch, jewelry).
Sneaker, jeans, T-shirts, large bags, or any other more casual attire is not recommended.
Each year, millions of young people are shut out of their homes. They wind up on the streets, crashing on a friend’s couch, or finding shelter wherever they can — stairwells, abandoned buildings, public parks. From their first night of homelessness, they become targets for unscrupulous adults who seek to exploit them.
Covenant House exists to help young people build a bridge from homelessness to hope. We believe every child deserves love and respect and tools to build the future of their dreams. Our houses in 31 cities across the U.S., Canada, Mexico, and Central America offer a safe bed, nourishing meals, loving guidance, and vital services to help youth transform their lives and achieve stability and independence.
Covenant House is the largest primarily privately funded charity in the Americas devoted to helping young people overcome homelessness. Each year, we reach more than 88,000 children and youth, and have helped more than 1.5 million young people transform their lives since our founding in 1972.
