Create your own ad using the following specifications
Ad: 6"(W) x 4"(H) in dimension, high-res (300 dpi or greater - Font: 8pt min.)
Provide separate company logo file for website and signage (if applicable to your purchase)
Send company web address to link ad to your website (if applicable to your purchase)
Format: preferably .jpg or .psd, and we accept .pdf
Our staff will work with you to create an ad. Please provide the name of the contact who will need to approve the the design.
Graphics: Send high-res (300 dpi or greater) logo, photo or any illustration you’d like incorporated into your ad (.jpg, .pdf preferred)
Copy: Submit copy that may include a congratulatory message, company contact info, etc. in the body of your email
Please Note: Although these specs may seem atypical for the web, we also use the file for a Presentation Slideshow at the event that requires high resolution for optimal clarity.

Include in your email submission, the name and/or company associated with the Sponsorship.
NOTE: For inclusion in the event slideshow presentation, furnish your materials on or before May 8, 2017. Early submissions are posted within days and receive more exposure on the highly trafficked event website! Ads received after this date cannot be guaranteed to be included in the at-event slideshow presentation. All ads will be posted for online viewing regardless of submission date.
Ads or ad content should be submitted within one week of purchase date for maximum online exposure in the pre-event period. Final deadline for inclusion in the at-event slideshow presentation is Monday, May 8, 2017.
Ads received after this date will be posted for online viewing and cannot be guaranteed to be included in the at-event slideshow presentation.
